No. You can check out as a guest. An account only saves your address for next time.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Payment

How can I pay?
UPI at checkout, or Cash on Delivery. We do not accept cards, net banking, wallets or EMI.

Is GST charged?
No. Dhanlaxmi Kitchenware is not registered under GST because turnover is below the registration threshold. GST is not charged separately, no GST tax invoice is issued, and the price shown is the amount payable.

Shipping

What does shipping cost?
Free over ₹699, flat ₹49 below that, anywhere in India.

How long does delivery take?
1–2 business days to pack, then 3–8 business days with the courier — usually 4–10 business days in total.

Do you ship outside India?
No. India only.

Products

What size tin does my recipe need?
Every listing gives the diameter or the length and width, and the depth. Match those to your recipe rather than to the tin you already own.

Do I still need to grease a non-stick tin?
Yes for most cakes. Non-stick reduces sticking but does not replace greasing and lining for a rich batter.

Can silicone moulds go in the oven?
Where a mould is oven safe the listing says so and gives the temperature stated by the supplier. Where we have no figure we do not print one.

Do you sell branded goods?
We sell each item on its own merits and describe it by what it is — material, size, contents. We make no claim to be an authorised dealer for any brand.

Returns

What is the return window?
7 days from delivery, for unused items in original packing.

When do I get my refund?
Within 5–7 business days of the returned item reaching us.
